The check-in process includes a dynamic form that adapts to the guest’s profile and allows auto-filling via ID scanner integration. Additionally, the hotel can enable documents such as the CARDEX for guests to review their information and establishment details before completing the process.
Furthermore, with the Guest Registration solution, Civitfun has automated the submission of check-in reports to the relevant official platforms, such as SES.Hospedajes, ensuring regulatory compliance efficiently.
