Civitfun is a SaaS company currently transforming hospitality by digitizing all reception processes and the guest's stay, from check-in to check-out.
With this goal of transforming the hotel industry technologically in mind, Mariano de Oleza, Germán March and Xavi Gómez founded Civitfun in 2014. After the first integration with a PMS in 2016 we experienced strong growth, which peaked with COVID and the need to use touchless technologies in the hotel industry. This brought the acquisition of the development company Apploading in 2021 and, more recently, of the Italy-based company GRS (Group Reservation System).
At Civitfun, we believe that technology is essential in this industry and we have been proving it for years. Contactless hospitality is not the future: it's the present. Now we put all our experience of the last decade at your reach so that you can join the hotel digital revolution.
We are experts in integrations and we are proud of our background developing the technology that thousands of hotels have already used to optimize their operations, improving guest experience and well-being of the industry's professionals.
We are committed to providing efficient and user-friendly technology solutions for hotels and vacation rentals, that's why our software is bi-directionally integrated with PMS, payment gateways and door locking systems.
Over the years, we have processed millions of check-ins in countries around the world and helped more than 1,500 hotels and holiday apartments to optimize their operations and save time in reception processes in order to focus on their guests' experience.
